Empire
Southwest LLC, Caterpillar dealer for Arizona, southeastern California
and northern Mexico, and Accruit, LLC, the only fully-integrated,
web-enabled qualified intermediary for repetitive like-kind exchange
programs, today announced that Empire has engaged Accruit to install
and administer a repetitive like-kind exchange program for Empire's
fleet of rental equipment.
Empire has also engaged Deloitte LLP to provide tax advisory and business process
consulting services in connection with the design and implementation of Empire's
like-kind exchange program. Accruit and Deloitte frequently work together on
projects of this type.
