President and Chief Executive Officer.

As an innovator and industry pioneer, Abrahm was instrumental in creating the first small-ticket
repetitive Like-Kind Exchange program exclusively for personal property. In 2000, Abrahm
co-founded Accruit with then business partner Todd Fisher and served as its first CEO. As
the company expanded, Abrahm moved in to the highly strategic role of Executive Vice President
of Business Development in order to focus on the development of new market opportunities,
building business relationships and managing marketing and channel partner efforts.
During Abrahm's tenure as EVP, Accruit experienced double digit growth annually.
For more than 10 years, Abrahm has been a prominent figure in the Like-Kind Exchange industry.
As a frequent industry speaker and panelist, Abrahm has actively worked to expand awareness of
the benefit and importance of qualified intermediaries and Like-Kind Exchange programs
specifically with regard to personal property. Mr. Abrahm steps back into the role of CEO
with over 16 years of relevant business experience and successful leadership.
