high-volume LKE programs, he has advised clients on simultaneous, forward, reverse, and
improvement exchanges. After several years with top public accounting firms Andersen and

company, Hodgeman founded Midwest 1031, LLC, a tax consulting firm and Qualified Intermediary in
Cincinnati, Ohio. Over the past 10 years, Hodgeman has been a national speaker on Internal
