As the Director of Technology, Sean oversees the software development team working exclusively on our patented 1031 Exchange technology, Exchange Manager Pro℠. His work also includes software and cloud architecture and security, leading the SOC 2 compliance, and working with business partners for software integration.
Sean joined Accruit in 2016 after relocating to Denver, CO from Boca Raton, FL as a Senior Software Engineer tasked with bringing the development of Exchange Manager Pro℠ in-house. As the Director of Technology, Sean oversees the software development team working exclusively on our patented 1031 Exchange technology, Exchange Manager Pro℠. His work also includes software and cloud architecture and security, leading the SOC 2 compliance, and working with business partners for software integration. During his time at Accruit, he has witnessed the software development team turn an Accruit only application into a full-scale licensed SaaS offering supporting other Qualified Intermediaries all over the country.
Prior to Accruit, Sean spent 11 years developing multiple software platforms, data analysis, and database administration. Sean brings over 19 years of experience in software development and information technology.
Sean is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor’s degree in management information systems. He recently relocated back to Florida and during his free time, he enjoys traveling, the beach, concerts, festivals, and sporting events as some of his favorite activities.
