Tracey joined Accruit through the acquisition of North Star Deferred Exchange from BMO Financial Group in October of 2011. She is responsible for designing and building solutions to solve business problems and create new services. Tracey is responsible for process improvement initiatives and project management efforts specifically for software development product design, overall marketing processes and strategic initiatives. She manages Accruit’s PMO and is the primary lead for responses to requests for proposals and client implementations. Tracey has over ten years of experience managing all types of complex exchange transactions for real and personal property as well as LKE programs.
Prior to entering the exchange industry, Tracey’s experience was in operations management for for-profit and non-profit organizations including sales, marketing, client servicing, HR and occupational licensing.
Tracey is a Certified Scrum Product Owner® and a Certified Scrum Master® through the Scrum Alliance®, the largest certification organization in the Agile community. She received a BA in sociology from Mills College in Oakland, California and a teaching credential from the University of San Diego in San Diego, California.
Tracey serves as a community leader for the California 4-H Youth Development Program, which promotes hands-on, experiential learning and adult mentorship for youth in the core areas of citizenship, healthy living and STEM. There, Tracey also teaches leadership development, civic engagement, gardening and nutrition, as well as several livestock curriculums. Tracey enjoys time with family, friends, raising animals, hiking and any opportunity to be outdoors.
