Emily joined the Accruit team in April 2024 as an Exchange Officer. She comes with nearly five years of 1031 Exchange knowledge and experience focusing on traditional Forward Exchanges. She brings with her extensive experience in customer service and providing a great customer experience is at the core of her work.
Emily joined the Accruit team in April 2024 as an Exchange Officer. She comes with nearly five years of 1031 Exchange knowledge and experience focusing on traditional Forward Exchanges. Emily started out in the 1031 industry as an assistant and quickly worked her way up to managing her own Exchanges. She has an extensive background in customer service, serving clients and client rapport are at the core of her work. Emily’s goal is to make each exchange as seamless as possible for her clients. She is looking to gain a Certified Exchange Specialist (CES®) designation in the very near future.
Emily was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA (go Rams!) and is based in Southern California.
