Aaron Shields Accruit Senior Account Executive

As Senior Account Executive, Aaron engages with prospective clients to generate interest in Accruit's Managed Service and Exchange Manager Pro (SM) SaaS offerings. He is responsible for business development through industry conferences, driving outreach campaigns, and engaging with potential clients within the greater Real Estate industry. Aaron also works closely with the Customer Success team and active clients to ensure maximum benefit and to support their strategic growth.

Aaron joined the Accruit team in 2023 as Senior Account Executive to drive business development efforts for Accruit. Prior to Accruit, Aaron worked with various Software platforms to help businesses adopt new technology. Coming from a background in mortgage and banking, Aaron brings with him over 20 years of sales and business development experience.

As a Senior Sales Executive, Aaron engages with prospective clients on how Accruit's Managed Service and Exchange Manager Pro (SM) SaaS offerings, which can help their businesses by offering 1031 Exchanges or maximizing the output of their current process through licensing our patented software. Aaron is responsible for bringing on new clients and working with the Customer Success team to increase the growth of existing clients. Born and raised in Iowa, Aaron graduated from Iowa State University, and has lived in the Denver area since 2010.

Located in Denver, Colorado, Aaron's focus is on growing the footprint of Managed Service, Accruit's white label, back-office Qualified Intermediary solution; as well as, the SaaS offering, Exchange Manager Pro, the industry's only 1031 exchange workflow technology.
