Exchange Officer
Pay Range: $58,000 – $68,000
The Exchange Officer is responsible for processing 1031 exchange transactions and supporting clients throughout the exchange lifecycle. This includes preparing documents, managing transaction workflows, and assisting with onboarding and client support. The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle more complex exchange scenarios with guidance.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Transaction Processing
- Prepare and process 1031 exchange documents and agreements using internal systems and templates
- Manage a high volume of transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with banking and funding tasks related to client accounts
- Maintain organized client files and reports
- Client Support
- Onboard and train new clients on exchange processes
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and email
- Provide ongoing support and escalate issues as needed
- Support client relationships with a focus on service and retention
- Exchange Knowledge
- Apply working knowledge of forward exchanges
- Familiarity with parking exchanges is a plus
- Support more complex transactions involving:
- Related party exchanges
- Seller financing
- Mixed-use properties
- Vacation homes and personal residences
- Drop & swap structures
- Refinancing and holding period considerations
- Understand entity types such as LLCs, partnerships, TICs, DSTs, and corporations
- Team & Administrative Support
- Collaborate with subject matter experts during client consultations
- Provide administrative support as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience in 1031 exchanges, title, escrow, or real estate
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Working toward or holding a Certified Exchange Specialist (CES) designation is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based applications
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and work both independently and collaboratively

The compensation for this position will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills, and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive and bonus opportunities.

Marketing Specialist
Pay Range: $65,000 – $80,000
The Marketing Specialist will be an integral part of the Marketing Department and responsible for various initiatives including managing social media channels from content creation to execution, assisting with event and conference logistics, collaborating on content development for the company website, ensure data integrity within the company’s CRM, HubSpot, develop pipeline reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance, help establish automated sales processes through platforms including Clay, Smartreach.io, and others, and other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have experience and a passion for increasing brand awareness with unique, compelling content through social media and other digital avenues, be highly organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment on a small, but highly effective Marketing team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage social media platforms from content creation to execution
- Organize and maintain calendar for company events across various departments
- Contribute to content creation for company website
- Ensure data integrity within the CRM system by implementing and maintaining data quality standards, performing regular audits, and overseeing data cleansing initiatives
- Using CRM capabilities, identify opportunities for further business development efforts
- Implement automation and workflow solutions to increase efficiencies
- Use available tools to source lists of leads for automated business development campaigns to various target audiences
- Manage and maintain reoccurring automated campaigns by sourcing new contacts on a weekly basis
- Implement mass email business development campaigns using automation tools based on company needs and new initiatives
- Segment existing CRM contact into segregated lists based on target audiences and client objectives
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to various stakeholders
- Analyze CRM data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Assist Sales Department on specific marketing requests including promotional materials, social media posts, etc
- Assist in design of company creative content
- Support Director of Marketing in establishing and developing marketing strategy
- Additional task or responsibilities as required
