Jillian Rosansky Accruit Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive, Jillian focuses on driving business growth by consulting with property owners, establishing new 1031 referral partners, and identifying new clients for Accruit’s Managed Service and Exchange Manager Pro (SM) SaaS offerings. She is responsible for answering inquiries coming through inbound phone calls, emails and live chats through Accruit's website, as well as, generating brand awareness through outbound efforts and presentations. Jillian is also responsible for Accruit's monthly educational webinar series.

Jillian joined the Accruit team in June 2023 as a Sales Executive. Prior to Accruit, Jillian had an extensive background in business development and account management across multiple industries, including Real Estate. Jillian has a passion for the 1031 Exchange process and enjoys assisting clients looking to get started with this powerful tax deferral strategy that provides preservation of wealth. She also enjoys public speaking, which she applies to her monthly Accruit webinar series that is available to anyone seeking to become more knowledgeable about 1031 Exchanges.

Jillian brings a unique skillset to the Business Development team as a Sales Executive, working with new clients on both individual 1031 Exchanges, as well as Accruit's Managed Service and Exchange Manager Pro (SM) software offering. With a focus on driving new business growth, Jillian consults with individual property owners reaching out via phone, email and live chat on Accruit's website. She also works to build brand awareness for Accruit through outreach to various companies and individuals in the greater Real Estate industry.
