Exchange Specialist
As an Exchange Specialist, Darcy works primarily with Accruit’s Managed Service clients to facilitate and process high level 1031 Exchanges, as well as provide extended knowledge regarding the IRC 1031 Exchange process. She is a Colorado Notary Public and was previously licensed in Colorado Insurance, including Colorado Title Insurance.
Darcy has been in the real estate industry for over 6 years and joined the Accruit team in 2022 as an Exchange Coordinator. In 2023, Darcy was recognized for her excellent work with Managed Service clients and was promoted to Exchange Specialist. Darcy concentrates on facilitating 1031 Exchanges for Managed Service clients and works closely with the Customer Success Team and Software team to ensure smooth and seamless experience.
She graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a B.A. in Communication Studies and gravitated toward the real estate industry shortly after. She has worked in various capacities of real estate including Lending, Title 32 Special District and Association Management, Commercial Development and Property Management, and Title and Escrow and Settlement Services. Darcy is located out of our Denver, Colorado corporate office but works with exchangers and clients nationwide.
