As the Director of Marketing, Karlee works closely with the Business Development team to generate new referral opportunities through 1031 exchange education offerings and speaking engagements at national and regional conferences. She is responsible for generating brand awareness, showcasing Accruit's unique position in the market, and overall go-to-market strategy to support strategic growth.
Karlee joined the Accruit team in January 2022 as Senior Marketing Manager, and was promoted to Director of Marketing in January 2023. Prior to Accruit, Karlee spent over nine years working in the multifamily housing industry for one of the largest owners of manufactured housing communities in the country. She brings with her over 15 years of experience in Marketing and an emphasis in digital marketing, content creation, and market research.
