Marita Kazos valued Client Service Team member of Accruit

As a Customer Success Manager, Marita works closely with Accruit's Managed Service and Exchange Manager Pro (SM) SaaS clients to develop strong relationships and ensure they realize the maximum benefit from their respective programs. She is Accruit's Managed Service and SaaS clients' first point of contact for answering 1031 Exchange questions, addressing technical issues, and assisting them with their training and business development efforts to support their strategic growth.

Marita joined the Accruit team in 2020 as a Client Service Specialist where she helped clients facilitate 1031 Exchanges, and was promoted to Customer Success Manager in January 2023. Prior to Accruit, Marita had 22 years' of experience in Marketing, Sales, Finance, Leasing, and Client Service for both domestic and international companies. Marita stays involved with the Federal Exchange Accommodators through her involvement on both the New Member and Conference Planning Committees.

As Customer Success Manager, Marita is responsible for being Accruit's Managed Service and Exchange Manager Pro (SM) SaaS clients' first point of contact for answering 1031 Exchange questions, addressing technical issues, and assisting them with their training and business development efforts to support their strategic growth. She works closely with the Senior Sales Executives throughout the onboarding process for both Accruit's Managed Service and SaaS offerings. Marita is a graduate of the University of South Carolina-Spartanburg with a BS in Business Administration and Minor in Communications. Marita also holds an MBA in International Marketing from Escem University through a partnership with new York College. Originally from Athens, Greece, Marita has been located in Delaware for 5 years.
