Marita joined Accruit in 2020 as a Client Service Specialist where she helped clients facilitate 1031 exchanges utilizing Accruit’s patented 1031 exchange workflow technology, Exchange Manager ProSM. In 2023, Marita was promoted to her new role, Customer Success Manager. She will be focused on further developing relationships to ensure success for both Exchange Manager ProSM Managed Service and SaaS Clients.
Marita is originally from Athens, Greece. She graduated from the University of South Carolina – Spartanburg with a double concentration Bachelor’s Degree in General Business – Marketing and a Minor in Communications. She also boasts an MBA from Escem University (Partner with New York College in Athens, Greece) in International Marketing. With over 18 years of working experience in diverse segments including Marketing and Sales, Finance, Leasing, Client Service both in the US and internationally.
