Maritza Castillo joined Accruit in 2019 as a Client Service Specialist. She has over 20 years’ experience in land trusts, working alongside Accruit's Martin Edwards prior to them both joining Accruit. As a Senior Exchange Officer and Certified Exchange Specialist®, Maritza’s keen eye, personable approach and strong organizational skills ensure a smooth 1031 Exchange from start to finish. Maritza holds the 1031 Exchange industry’s Certified Exchange Specialist® (CES®) designation from the Federation of Exchange Accommodators. Maritza is based out of Chicago, IL.
