Mary Sherman

Mary Sherman joined Accruit in March 2025 as an Exchange Officer. Mary joins the Team with nearly 25 years of experience as a Real Estate Paralegal in both Commercial and Residential real estate closing transactions with a major focus on transactional closings, title document preparation, as well as land title and survey review. She is experienced on both forward and reverse exchanges and is focused on serving clients of Accruit’s integrated 1031 platform, Managed Service. Mary resides in Palm Beach County, Florida.
