Noah joined the Accruit team in 2023 as the Senior Manager of Exchange Operations. Leading the Operations team, Noah ensures consistency and efficiency in our clients' exchanges while maintaining Accruit's world-class Net Promoter Score. Noah's expertise spans both individual exchangers and program clients, where he actively collaborates in designing large-scale exchanges for companies.
Noah joined the Accruit team in 2023 as the Senior Manager of Exchange Operations, bringing extensive experience from the real estate industry. Noah leads the Exchange Operations team at Accruit, ensuring consistency and efficiency in clients' exchanges while upholding Accruit's world-class Net Promoter Score. His expertise extends beyond individual exchangers to include program clients, where he collaborates on the design of large-scale exchanges for companies.
Prior to his role at Accruit, Noah served as an Executive Mortgage Banker for Quicken Loans, where he took pride in helping hundreds of families achieve homeownership dreams or save money through refinancing. Transitioning to leadership, he managed training, recruiting, and software sales at a local Colorado real estate company, earning the 2020 Corporate Employee of the Year award for his outstanding contributions to training and developing new loan officers.
A Michigan State University alumnus with a degree in Finance, Noah continues to support his alma mater's sports teams from afar - go green!
