This course will provide an overall understanding of a 1031 Exchange in relation to the Real Estate Industry. The course will educate on the purpose, history, and federal requirements when a seller is participating in a 1031 Exchange, as well as when a buyer is participating, identifying other types of 1031 Exchanges, understanding recent tax law changes & their effect on the 1031 Exchange, and the Qualified Intermediaries role in a 1031 Exchange.
