Jonathan Barge will be presenting a 3-hour CE course on 1031 Exchanges to the Helena Realtors® Butte, MT office.

The course will cover an overall understanding of a 1031 Exchange in relation to the Real Estate Industry. It will educate on the purpose of a 1031 Exchange, the federal requirements for a valid 1031 Exchange, as well as basic concepts of 1031 Exchanges specific to land involving unique property types.
