Dylan Johnson will be presenting a 2-hour CE course, Advanced Concepts of 1031 Exchanges, for the North Oakland County Board of Realtors (NOCBOR). This session is part of Dylan’s ongoing monthly series with NOCBOR.

The course explores advanced 1031 Exchange strategies such as refinancing and seller financing, as well as more complex exchange structures including reverse exchanges, build-to-suit/improvement exchanges, and specialty “non-safe harbor” transactions. The presentation also includes an overview of alternative investment options like NNN properties, TICs, DSTs, and oil and gas royalty interests.
