Dylan Johnson will be presenting a 1031 Exchange educational seminar to members of the local south Florida market in conjunction with Darrell Rau of 1031 Securities, a DST broker that operates out of both Michigan and South Florida. The seminar will cover the basics of 1031 Exchanges, DST concepts and how they can be utilized in an exchange, as well as an interactive Q&A session.
