David Gorenberg, JD, CES® will be presenting 1-hour education sessions, "1031 Exchanges & DSTs", as part of a larger dinner seminar series hosted by DST Sherpa on May 7th in Radnor, PA. These presentations will include:

• A short overview of the basics of a traditional forward delayed exchange
• Advanced 1031 exchange strategy and structure
  • Reverse exchanges and improvement exchanges
  • Advanced exchange exit strategy options such as Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) ownership will be addressed.

In addition to David, speakers include Peter May & Ross Rubin of DST Sherpa.

There will be three separate sessions, May 7th, 8th, and 9th, each from 6 pm - 7 pm.
