The program will being with a review of basic 1031 Exchange rules, and then discuss more advanced topics such as Drop & Swap, Swap & Drop, Cash-out Refinancing, Reverse Exchanges, Improvement Exchanges, the Recent Real Property Regulations, and Alternative Replacement Properties, such as Triple-Net, Delaware Statutory Trusts, Oil & Gas Royalties.

The program will conclude with a brief discussion of President Biden’s recent budget proposal and its impact in Section 1031 Exchanges.
