Jillian Rosansky will be presenting a 2-hour CE course, Advanced Concepts of 1031 Exchanges, to attendees at the Investor Exit Strategies for Realtors and Investors event hosted by NEXA Mortgage. During the presentation, DST Sherpa will present for a few minutes on Delaware Statutory Trusts.
