David Gorenberg, JD, CES®, CDEI will be featured as a panelist at the South Jersey Real Estate Investors Association Main Meeting: Alternate Real Estate Investing Panel. The panel is from 7-9pm EST on June 18th, 2024. David is looking forward to speaking as a distinguished panelist and 1031 Exchange expert, as well as networking and educating others on 1031 Exchanges, as well as Accruit's offerings.

1-3 PM: David will be recording a 1031 podcast alongside nationally recognized multifamily real estate investor Anthony Chara. The free-flowing conversational podcast will be centered around investment real estate and 1031 Exchanges.

7-9 PM: As a featured panelist, David will be speaking at the Alternative Investment Panel Discussion alongside Anthony Uva of AMU Associates and Carl Fischer of CamaPlan. This panel will cover alternative real estate investments, such as self-directed IRAs and 1031 Exchanges.
