Jillian Rosansky will be presenting a 1-hour CE course for Aspen Board of Realtors on June 20th. This presentation will provide the following:

• An overall understanding of a 1031 exchange in relation to the Real Estate Industry.
• The course will educate on the purpose of a 1031 exchange and the process of 1031 exchange.
• The course will discuss the federal requirements when a seller is participating in a 1031 exchange, as well as when a buyer is participating.
• The course will discuss other types of 1031 exchanges and will provide an understanding of recent tax law changes and their effect on the 1031 exchange industry.
• A discussion of the Qualified Intermediaries role in a 1031 exchange.
